Samsung And Apple Being Forced Into Settlement Talks

The lawsuit saga between Apple and Samsung may finally be coming to a close, at least in the US. As many may recall, Apple kicked things off by suing Samsung last year over the Galaxy line of phones and tablets. Our pals at Samsung weren’t going to let that go, and in return hit right back with a countersuit. The battles have been going on all over the world for the past year, with wins on both sides.
Just like any war, more than one battle needs to be won for final victory. The United States’ judicial system is taking a different stance, however, and has forced Samsung and Apple to talk out a settlement. Both Apple CEO Tim Cook and Samsung’s Choi Gee-sung will be in attendance, along with counsels from each side to assist in the talks.
Considering that Samsung produces, uh, I don’t know, some of the most critical components in both Apple’s iPhone and iPad, I have a strong feeling that the talks may be in Samsung’s favor. The settlement will take place in San Francisco, with a local judge in attendance. How do you feel the talks will turn out? Is it time that all the lawsuits just end?

University of the people, Where can you transfer to?

Where can you transfer your credits earned at the University of the People?            I am a current student at the University of the People. There are many good and bad reviews referring to this institution, mine has been a great experience so far.      "Transferring Credits from UoPeople to Other Institutions:  The transferability of credits and credentials is at the complete discretion of the institution to which you seek to transfer, and may include a transfer fee" ( University of the People. 2018).      SO, far I have confirmed NYU to be able to transfer my credits to, as well as my local community colleges. Samsung's  Galaxy Note Edge  is available for purchase in the U.S. The handset is now on sale at  AT&T ,  Sprint  and  T-Mobile , with  Verizon , and U.S. Cellular set to follow. AT&T is listing the Galaxy Note Edge for $399 on a two-year contract.
