ASUS Nexus 7 Officially Announced, Google’s First Tablet

All day we’ve been seeing and hearing all sorts of rumors and leaks about this, and now Google has unveiled themselves. The Nexus 7 is Google’s first self-branded tablet, running stock Android. Made by ASUS, the tablet features high-end specs, with a low profile and slim design. It’s running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, The full specs are as follows:
  • 1280×800 HD Display
  • Tegra 3 quad-core processor
  • 12-core GPU
  • Front-facing camera
  • WiFi
  • Bluetooth
  • NFC
  • 9-hours of video playback, 300-hours standby
  • Google Chrome is the stock browser
The tablet is aimed as an access terminal to Google Play, so it appears to be more of a media tablet. It’s great to see that Google is entering the tablet market themselves, and we’ll have to see how the tablet fares in the coming weeks. The tablet is only $199, available today. Also included is $25 Google Play credit, and will be shipping in mid-July. Who’s excited for their very own Nexus tablet?

University of the people, Where can you transfer to?

Where can you transfer your credits earned at the University of the People?            I am a current student at the University of the People. There are many good and bad reviews referring to this institution, mine has been a great experience so far.      "Transferring Credits from UoPeople to Other Institutions:  The transferability of credits and credentials is at the complete discretion of the institution to which you seek to transfer, and may include a transfer fee" ( University of the People. 2018).      SO, far I have confirmed NYU to be able to transfer my credits to, as well as my local community colleges. Samsung's  Galaxy Note Edge  is available for purchase in the U.S. The handset is now on sale at  AT&T ,  Sprint  and  T-Mobile , with  Verizon , and U.S. Cellular set to follow. AT&T is listing the Galaxy Note Edge for $399 on a two-year contract. You can also buy the device outright for $945, or go with the carrier's Next plans, through which you can get the handset for $0 down (not including taxes), followed by monthly payments of $47.30 for 12 months, $39.42 for 18 months or $31.54 for 24 months. Over on T-Mobile, the Galaxy Note Edge is available for $870 outright or $0 down (again, not including sales tax) with monthly payments of $36.25 over 24 months.
