New “iPhone 5″ how it’ll look in hand

I love looking at mockups, that much I’ve made clear in the past. The most recent set published by serial renderers NowhereElse looks fantastic and gives a great deal of perspective to the most popular 6th generation iPhone rumors. The site published a gallery titled “iPhone 5 render based on Leaked Parts”, within it now is a whole bunch of images showing the phone in hand to give a better view on how big it will be with our eager mitts all over it. Hit the link below to check out the full gallery.
In truth there’s nothing radically new about the renders, except that their some of the best designed yet. The Aluminum back panel on the black version has a much more smoky look than that of the white version. In all honesty, I prefer it, despite always having white iPhones I don’t think the two-tone back works as well on the white. It could also be that the black one somehow seems more rugged and more inviting to hold. It’s not a phone you’d want to protect too much because it’s “too pretty”. Apart from that it’s the same micro-dock seen in previous renders, headset jack and speaker/mic grills on the bottom, and the centralized FaceTime camera on the front.
What are your thoughts? Is the proposed design big enough? Do you prefer black or white?
